Outdoor yoga with an Indian teacher
Join an outdoor yoga session and experience authentic hatha yoga inspired by Indian tradition! Waiting for you is an english-speaking class suitable for all levels with relaxing and friendly atmosphere. The class will include breathing techniques (Pranayama), gentle yoga postures (Asanas), stretching and mobility exercises and guided meditation. What to bring: yoga mat, comfortable clothes suitable for movement, water bottle, optional: small towel or light blanket. No previous yoga experience is required – just come as you are and enjoy an hour of movement, relaxation and connection with nature and yourself.
